Rimini Hotel Fair 2006: Tree House

For the second exhibition at the Rimini Hotel Fair on the theme of "Sleeping Elsewhere" we took the idea of the treehouse as a possible location for a hotel guest room. The sleeping platform is suspended and hidden like a nest on a simple stick structure below and above, hung on ropes tied to the main tree trunk. The outer wall consists of a simple sliding membrane enclosing a small bathroom and a bed that can be turned.
